The photo above show that we have been calculating the calories a normal person would eat each day. With these formulas we have calculated the calories you eat and the calories you should eat in and everyday basis. If you change the foods to unhealthy options, then the calorie intake will change to a higher number because in each breakfast, lunch and dinner, item 1, 2 and 3 are added together to give your calorie intake. if you pick the healthy options then the same process will take place but because the options are healthier, the calories will be less. With taking the weight, height, age and gender i have calculated what should be the average calorie intake should be and your BMI. This lesson of learning has been very educating and very fun!
